A bit about who we are...

Have you ever visited a cool place, supported a noble cause, or had a favorite team and wanted to buy a t-shirt to show your support?
But the only problem was that the T-Shirt they had to offer was just plain lame? Did you ask yourself "Why couldn't they have made the design simpler and stop trying so hard?" or "Why couldn't they have used a higher quailty material?"
Well maybe you haven’t thought exactly that, but I did…...
Enter Po-Boy Apparel.
Our goal is to combine simple designs with good quality shirts that you can feel comfortable in year round.

Poboy Apparel is based in New Orleans, LA. Whether you live uptown, downtown or on the east or west coast, one thing’s for sure, New Orleans treats ya to good time and when ya leave you always come back for a little more. We draw our inspiration from the culture of this unique and decadent place: The food (crawfish, jambalaya, and po-boys), the places (Jackson square, Bourbon Street), the parties (Mardi Gras, Weddings, Funerals), the politics, the sports, the cadence, the coast, and the crime.

So what defines us?

Quality – Our shirts are soft and comfortable 100% cotton and are exclusively American Apparel brand. Made in the USA (not some sweatshop in china) and are designed to worn everyday (or maybe worn to a rehearsal dinner with a sport coat like I pulled off for my wedding rehearsal dinner (yeah my wife let me do it….No, she wasn’t mad so quit thinking that).
Designs - The designs are simple and the humor a little raw - if there’s one you don’t get... we’re not saying you’re dumb, but there’s probably a good chance you’re from Mississippi!
Appeal - Here in New Orleans we’re used to being the brunt of jokes but as a part of our culture.... WE EMBRACE IT! Yeah we’re the murder capitol of the world; yep we elect politicians that we know are crooked, so what we say! Put it on a shirt we say!
Bottom Line - T-Shirts aren't just for around the house, or kept in a drawer. T-shirts are made for expressing yourself and should be worn everywhere. Like any Louisianan would do, Po*Boy Apparel is invitin’ you to share in our culture. When you are wearing one of our shirts you are sharing with everyone, Louisiana style!
